Oriental Institute, University of Chicago Campus in Hyde Park 

With a confessed addiction to the Oriental Institute in Hyde Park, I found this a fascinating piece.
Confess when we were in the Morgan Library pre-plague for almost three hours that I spent almost all my time with the thousands of Bibles and religious works that were shelved to the ceiling in the main reading room.
And to think in four years of classical Greek in h.s. and college, not one teacher or professor brought much of this earlier writing up — Sumerian, etc.  Rosetta Stone was probably mentioned, but not sure..  Usually tossed off with “business records.”
